Therapy Options
Therapy is one of the best ways to treat substance abuse. Depending on the substance, therapy can be a great option in understanding your situation and working towards fixing it. There are different therapy options when it comes to a full substance abuse treatment program. Common therapy options include:
Motivational interviewing
Focuses on motivation and helps people understand that they need to help
Cognitive-behavioral therapy
Focuses on understanding, avoiding, and coping with their substance abuse
Family therapy
Helps both the person struggling with substance abuse and the individual’s family
Commonly Abused Substances
Alcohol
Alcohol rehab is a process that helps people overcome their addiction to alcohol. Our alcohol treatment program includes alcohol detox as well as group and individual counseling sessions with therapists who specialize in addictive behaviors.
Meth
Meth addiction is a serious problem that can be difficult to overcome. Methamphetamine also causes many unpleasant side effects including restlessness, irritability, insomnia, weight loss are all very common symptoms of withdrawal from meth abuse.
OPIOIDS
Opioid addiction can be a challenging disorder for those who suffer from it as well as their loved ones. Opioids create an intense physical dependence in users, which makes it difficult for addicts to stop using without medical assistance.
Cocaine
Cocaine addiction can be hard to break because it creates long-term changes in the brain, increasing levels of dopamine which leads to tolerance and dependence. If you or someone you know has been struggling with cocaine addiction, help is available.
Heroin

Lots of wonderful staff who do anything and everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable through detox and treatment. The nurses are all wonderful and treat everybody w genuine love. Kendra specifically does a wonderful job and talked me into staying multiple times when I was struggling. Nate also does everything he can to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I came in with zero dollars and Nate made sure I had a vape at all times which was a major help. My therapist mike was also a huge help to me and I felt like he really understood me and what I was going through.
